I'm creating a webshop to sell clothes. I'm using Asp.Net Core to build the project.

I have created a web API server to provide API for two other projects are Frontend and Admin site.

When I start running 3 projects at the same time, I got an error HttpRequestException: No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

To run many projects at the same time I choose the option below in VS2019

No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it.

I don't know why but before that it still working fine.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Sometimes I got same the error. To resolve this issue you can follow some tips below:

    - Run a single project at the same time(You chose many projects)

    - Run with mode IIS Express

    - Sure that link web API is correct when calling from Admin or Frontend project.

This issue does not relate to your code. Don't forget to stop the IIS server if it still running before run the project.
